Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Revised: November 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "Investor") and Pennvest Agency ("Pennvest", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, executing orders, or subscribing to copy-trading strategies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) with full legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts.
- Identity Verification (KYC): In compliance with global AML standards, every client must submit accurate, authentic government identification and residency documentation prior to accessing unrestricted platform features.
- Single Account Policy: Users are restricted to maintaining one individual trading account unless prior formal authorization is granted in writing by Pennvest management.
- Account Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, withdrawal security codes, and two-factor authentication devices. Pennvest is not liable for losses resulting from compromised personal devices.
2. Trading Services & Execution Protocol
Pennvest provides a proprietary trading terminal offering market spot orders, leveraged contracts, and automated portfolio execution:
- Market Quotations: Market feeds are aggregated from Tier-1 liquidity providers. While we strive for sub-30ms execution with zero slippage, extreme market volatility may result in spread widening or execution delays.
- Order Finality: All confirmed orders executed through the trading terminal are final, irrevocable, and cannot be reversed once filled.
- Trade Mode Management: Management reserves the right to adjust trade mode permissions or leverage caps if an account breaches margin requirements or exhibits fraudulent trading behavior.
3. Copy Trading Terms & Conditions
Our copy trading feature allows clients to allocate capital to mirrored strategies curated by independent master traders:
- Independent Decisions: Subscribing to an expert trader is an autonomous, voluntary investment decision. Pennvest does not guarantee profitability, target ROIs, or protection against market drawdowns.
- Profit Distributions: Payout distributions are calculated proportionally based on active subscriber investment and credited directly to client account balances according to specified duration cycles.
- Early Cancellation: Users may stop copying a trader at any time, returning remaining principal capital to their available portfolio balance in accordance with settlement rules.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Settlement Policy
Pennvest implements strict capital handling policies to ensure liquidity solvency and anti-fraud compliance:
- Funding Methods: Deposits can be completed via approved blockchain networks (USDT TRC20/ERC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) or verified bank wire transfers. Balances are credited upon requisite blockchain network confirmations.
- Minimum Trade Requirement: To combat money laundering, rapid pass-through transit abuse, and bonus exploitation, user accounts must complete the minimum required trade count (default: 6 trades, or as designated by compliance) before initiating a withdrawal.
- Security Code Verification: Withdrawal requests require authentication using a unique, user-generated withdrawal security code verified by account managers.
- Deduction & Settlement: Upon submitting a withdrawal, requested funds are deducted from the user's available balance pending administrative verification and blockchain dispatch.
5. Digital Asset Custody & Wallet Connect
When connecting non-custodial wallets via Web3 protocols or authorized phrase verification, clients retain absolute ownership over their underlying cryptographic keys. Pennvest employees will never request private keys or seed phrases for customer service purposes.
6. Prohibited Activities & Termination
Pennvest strictly prohibits and reserves the right to freeze, ban, or terminate accounts engaging in:
- Market manipulation, latency exploitation, front-running, or malicious algorithmic flooding.
- Submission of fraudulent, forged, or stolen identity documents.
- Circumvention of geographic IP boundaries, international sanctions, or trading restrictions.
- Money laundering, terror financing, or unauthorized credit card chargebacks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pennvest Agency, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from market losses, system downtime caused by third-party telecom failure, exchange maintenance, or force majeure events.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms as necessary to align with evolving regulatory frameworks or platform capabilities. Continued usage of Pennvest Agency following posted updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
